Review public COA, TDS, SDS/MSDS and third-party test samples by product. These files support supplier qualification; shipment acceptance must use the current document set matched to the confirmed grade and production lot.
Public samples are evidence references, not shipment release documents.
- Confirm the grade.Put the product grade, governing standard and required limits on the purchase order.
- Match the lot.Check that the stamped batch COA identifies the actual production lot and shipment.
- Verify independently.Arrange SGS, BV, CCIC or buyer-appointed inspection when the contract requires it.

The public supplier COA is dated 20 Nov 2025 and does not state an S75/S95/S105 grade. Use it as a sample only and verify the requested grade on the current lot COA.

The public drilling COA is tested against GB/T 5005-2010 and references CNPC report DS2026-19. It is not a standalone API 13A certificate; request the required standard explicitly before PO.
