What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is one 20ft container (approximately 25 metric tons) for most powder products. We also accommodate trial orders for new buyers — please contact our sales team for details.

Which international standards do your products comply with?

Our Silica Fume meets ASTM C1240. GGBFS complies with ASTM C989, EN 15167 and GB/T 18046 (grades S75/S95/S105). Fly Ash meets ASTM C618 (Class F and Class C). Full standard documentation is provided with every shipment.

What packaging options are available for export?

We offer 25kg PP woven bags, 1000kg/1250kg jumbo bags (FIBC), and bulk loading in container liners. Custom packaging and private labeling are available for qualifying orders.

Which ports do you ship from, and what shipping terms do you accept?

We primarily ship from Tianjin, Qingdao and Shanghai ports under FOB, CFR or CIF Incoterms 2020 to destinations worldwide. Door-to-door delivery to inland destinations is also available on request.

Do you provide third-party inspection and Mill Test Certificates?

Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) detailing chemical composition and physical properties. We welcome SGS, BV or buyer-appointed third-party inspection at the loading port.

What is the typical lead time after order confirmation?

For stock items, lead time is typically 7–15 days from receipt of deposit. For made-to-order grades or large volumes, lead time is 20–30 days. Sea freight transit time depends on destination.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) for orders above USD 50,000, and other negotiable terms for established long-term partners.

Can I request a free sample before placing an order?

Yes — we provide complimentary samples (typically 1–2 kg) to qualified buyers for laboratory testing. The buyer covers the express courier cost. Contact our sales team to request samples.
