Natural crystalline silica flour mesh grades
Miningsun supplies natural crystalline alpha-quartz silica flour, not fused silica. State mesh, SiO2 purity, Fe2O3 and whiteness on the purchase order, and require an SDS with crystalline-silica hazard disclosure.
100 Mesh Silica Flour (D50 approximately 120–150 µm)
SiO2 ≥ 99.0%, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.06% and whiteness ≥ 88. A coarser quartz powder for construction, blasting media, epoxy or mortar filler and general industrial use.
200 Mesh Silica Flour (D50 approximately 60–75 µm)
SiO2 ≥ 99.0%, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.05% and whiteness ≥ 90. Used in paints and coatings, rubber, adhesives and oil-well cementing.
325 Mesh Silica Flour (D50 approximately 35–45 µm)
SiO2 ≥ 99.0%, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.05% and whiteness ≥ 92. The most-requested natural quartz grade for paints, plastics, ceramics, glazes and precision casting facing.
400 Mesh Silica Flour (D50 approximately 20–28 µm)
SiO2 ≥ 99.0%, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.04% and whiteness ≥ 93. An ultra-fine grade for high-end coatings, engineered stone, ceramics and electronics filler.
